The current edition uses a focused sample from the Saudi Food Composition Tables. The standardized comparison basis is 100 g of the published recipe.
Portion calculations
When you change the weight, the calculator multiplies each 100 g value by the selected weight ratio. For example, 250 g equals 2.5 × the published 100 g value. The calculation cannot know your actual recipe or adjust for different ingredients or cooking methods.
Rankings and comparisons
Rankings include only dishes with a published value for the selected nutrient. A missing number means the value was not available in this sample; it does not mean the nutrient is absent.
Limits of the data
Home recipes and restaurant dishes can vary in oil, salt, meat, rice, water and other ingredients. Treat these numbers as a reference for the standardized recipe, not a laboratory measurement of your individual plate.
